Pre workout

Sandwich, brisk, hot cheetos

munchies

6 nature valley bars

Note: Going to seriously control my munchies soon. Tomorrow I’ll control them better. I just need to read my book and I think that I can be able to control it. That is the one thing that is going to help me.
